Is it beginner friendly?
Yes! Our classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels, but instructors always provide modifications to ensure beginners feel comfortable and supported. For newcomers, we recommend trying our beginner-friendly group class on Saturdays, "SpringSculpt Fundamentals" — or a private session for personalized attention.
What makes your SpringSculpt Method™ unique?
The SpringSculpt Method™ combines traditional Pilates principles with modern, full-body movement patterns for a highly effective, core-focused workout. Developed with safety and intensity in mind, it's great for building strength, flexibility, and mobility.
What is required for my first class?
For your first class, you will need grip socks (available for purchase at the studio), comfortable workout attire, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a signed Liability Waiver.
